In the dynamic environment of beBee Professionals, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead our sales team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and motivating teams to achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, with a salary estimated at £65,000 per year.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the UK market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the City of Westminster area.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Train and mentor sales staff, providing support and professional development to ensure they meet their full potential.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts and improve customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Sales Executive or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on achieving results-oriented sales objectives.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis, with a focus on staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with a focus on using technology to streamline sales processes and improve productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
