Front Desk Manager

As a skilled and charismatic Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. With a strong understanding of the hotel's services and facilities, you will provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering information to ensure a seamless stay.
We are looking for an experienced professional who can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about hospitality, we want to hear from you
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a branded hotel environment, with a strong focus on providing outstanding customer experiences. You will be comfortable working shifts, including evenings and weekends, and will be flexible in your approach to meet the needs of the business.
We offer a competitive salary of 25,875.20 per annum, plus benefits that include exclusive discounts for Valor Hospitality team members, access to nationally recognized apprenticeships, and a Cycle To Work Scheme.
