Curriculum Leader - Performing Arts

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Curriculum Leader to join our team at Imperial Workforce. As a key member of our academic leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and leading on academic programmes, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for all learners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead on academic programmes, ensuring alignment with awarding body requirements and promoting a high-quality learning experience.
  • Lead Programme Leaders and associated teaching teams in delivering a high-quality learning experience that meets key performance indicators.
  • Provide effective support for learners during their studies, promoting progression, attendance, and employability skills.
  • Take responsibility for the quality performance of the programmes led and report performance to line managers and central quality function.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in academic programme management and leadership.
  • Strong understanding of awarding body requirements and teaching, learning, and assessment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Programme Leaders and teaching teams.
