About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Leader to join our Health Department at Newcastle College. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our curriculum, ensuring that it meets the needs of our students and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of curriculum programs in the Health Department
  • Collaborate with industry experts and local stakeholders to ensure that our curriculum is relevant and up-to-date
  • Manage and report on the performance of the curriculum area, ensuring that it is aligned with college key performance indicators
  • Line manage and support a team of educators to deliver high-quality learning experiences
  • Implement industry standards and college requirements, including quality, finance, and health and safety
