Job Summary

Williams Lea Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist - Workflow Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily reception tasks, and coordinating workflow to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily reception tasks, including greeting visitors, handling incoming calls and emails, and responding to inquiries.
  • Coordinate workflow to ensure efficient office operations, including scheduling meetings, organizing appointments, and managing administrative tasks.
  • Provide hands-on administrative support to various departments, including documentation, filing, and data entry.
  • Oversee the signing-in process, ensuring security protocols are followed while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Manage office supplies, monitor inventory levels, and liaise with vendors for office needs.
  • Respond to any issues at the reception desk, troubleshoot problems, and provide support to staff as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a reception, administrative, or coordinator role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while being a team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
  • Strong customer service skills and a welcoming, professional demeanor.
