Rutherglen Primary Care Centre is seeking a part-time staff member to join our small and friendly team.
This role is for 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 1-6pm, with flexibility in working hours an advantage.
Salary is negotiable based on experience, and while experience as a medical receptionist is desirable, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
Main duties include:
- Answering calls and directing patients to other services
- Booking appointments and managing electronic mail
- Printing prescriptions and maintaining electronic files
- Liaising with clinicians and external services
- Performing general administrative tasks
