About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Global Business Development Director to join our global sales team. In this role, you will be identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

You will work closely with our market experts to tailor solutions that meet our clients' needs, positioning CRU International as the go-to partner for data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive new business strategy to drive sales growth.
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Domestic and international travel will be required in order to support our global clients.

About You:

We are looking for a proven track record in a senior sales or business development role, preferably within the commodities, market analysis, B2B or related industries.

A strong network of contacts within relevant sectors and a strong understanding of the metals, mining, or fertilizers industries is a plus.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
