Global Sales Director

A global leader in publishing is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth and protect existing co-edition business.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of international publishing markets, co-edition sales, and negotiation skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering budgeted Licensee business revenue through the sale of foreign language editions of our clients' titles.
- Responsibility for English Language publishing export business via direct management of distributors.
- Organising annual licensee's conference to share results and plans for upcoming year with international partners.
Requirements include:
- Familiarity with international publishing markets, co-edition sales, and negotiation skills.
- Sales presentation and account management experience.
- Excellence in communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management at key account level.
- Excellence in systems management, administration, organisation, and data analysis.
- Computer skills: MS Office skills essential, in particular Excel.
- Knowledge of a second European language will be an added advantage.
