We are seeking an experienced Community Engagement & PR Officer to join our team in Warrenpoint, Northern Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a passion for community development, strong interpersonal skills, and experience in engagement or outreach activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies, building trust with community members, and maintaining ongoing communication with local organizations and businesses. They will also attend community meetings, events, and forums to understand and represent community needs, and act as a liaison between the community and CTS Projects.

This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work methodically and with attention to detail. The successful candidate must be capable of working on their own initiative, and have a good timekeeping and attendance record. A positive approach to continuous improvement processes and techniques is also essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
