**Logistics Coordinator**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Strong scheduling experience and administrative background
- Route planning
- Booking and arranging deliveries
- Agreeing and negotiating fees with transport companies
- Liaise with production to ensure orders are ready on time
- Liaise with customers and provide updates on deliveries and notify them of any possible delays
- Raising purchase orders and ensuring prices agreed match invoices
- General Administration duties
- At least 1 years’ experience in an administrative role
- High level of attention to detail and be able to work alone and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- Organisation and time management skills
