**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Coordinate and organise meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions.
- Conduct research, gather information, and prepare briefs and summaries for the executive team.
- Assist in the preparation of financial documents, expense reports, and budgets.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain effective filing systems and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Perform general administrative duties, such as ordering supplies, coordinating office maintenance, and managing office equipment.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient communication and coordination.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and proactively anticipate needs.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
**Benefits**:
