**About the role**

**The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for**:

- Organising transportation activities, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary.
- Coordinating and tracking movement of goods through logistic pathways.
- Executing logistics plans to move products and packages to reach destinations in a timely manner including customs clearance.
- Manage and communicate regularly with couriers and transport partners.
- Reviewing freight rates and/or other transportation costs.
- Plan, communicate and update the daily transport requirements.
- Working alongside the Supply Chain and Operations teams, to ensure the accurate processing of despatch documents.
- Work alongside the E-Commerce Team to monitor online shipping rates.
- Assisting the Customer Service Team with any shipping requests and follow up with any delays/lost shipments.

**About you**

**What you'll need to have**:

- Minimum 2 year experience in a similar role managing international and domestic transport.
- Minimum 2 year experience managing air, ocean and road shipments - import and export including customs clearance.
- Experience of monitoring shipments from point of receipt through to delivery
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms
- Experience of international shipping regulations (eg. commodity codes & shipping documents)

**It would be nice if you had**:

- Knowledge of logistics systems / integrated shipping solutions (eg SmartFreight).
- Experience of shipping Dangerous GoodsNo-one wins unless everyone wins
