Territory Sales Manager

This role is responsible for driving sales growth and account penetration within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers, generating new business opportunities for Straumann Group's products and services.
Main Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct presentations and meetings to promote Straumann Group's products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Research and identify potential customers and opportunities to develop new business relationships.
• Develop and present clear and effective proposals to current and prospective customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales management, accounting, customer services, and logistics teams to coordinate sales efforts.
• Analyze territory potential and customer value to the organization.
• Create and manage customer value plans to highlight profile, share, and value opportunities.
• Utilize CRM and IANO-S software to track customer interactions and identify business opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date on product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trends.
• Participate in trade shows and conventions to promote Straumann Group's products and services.
Requirements
• Degree qualification or equivalent is preferable.
• Previous sales experience or related experience in the dental industry is required, with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
• Ability to analyze data and identify business solutions for customers based on customer values and ambitions.
• Ability to build mutually beneficial relationships based on trust and respect.
• Results-orientated and able to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software.
• Valid driver's license.
