**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to join our team as a Lead Nuclear Maintenance Team Coordinator. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe and compliant execution of all mechanical activities within the nuclear site.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nuclear safety and security, with experience in supervising operations within a nuclear plant. They will also possess excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate key information to customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for distributing team workload, organizing the team in response to unplanned events, and managing workload across the team. You will also ensure that instructions, materials, tools, and equipment required by the team are available, and issue and communicate safety documentation/information to your team.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including pension scheme, health insurance, and annual leave.
