Main Responsibilities:- Sample Preparation: Prepare high-quality metallographic samples for examination.
- Maintenance and Quality: Maintain good housekeeping practices, detailed records of experimental data, and adhere to Health and Safety, Quality, and Security requirements.
- Equipment Support: Provide support for maintenance, modification, and commissioning of team equipment.
- Industrial Experience: Deliver work to time, cost, and quality standards in an industrial environment.
- Security Clearance: Obtain SC level security clearance.
The successful candidate will join the Hot Cell Characterisation team, working alongside microscopists and technical leads to produce high-quality data while prioritizing safety and quality.
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
