Nuclear Fuel Cycle Leader

**About the Role**
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Defence Shift Team Leader to join our team at the National Nuclear Laboratory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our Post Irradiation Examination (PIE) facilities.
In this role, you will lead a team of technicians and work closely with scientists and project managers to deliver high-quality results. You will be accountable for the maintenance of strong working relationships with the immediate team, project management and facility teams.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in nuclear safety and security, as well as experience in leading teams and managing resources. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
