Take the next step in your career as a Nuclear Safety Consultant at National Nuclear Laboratory (NNL). As a critical member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe operation of nuclear facilities, developing and implementing safety protocols, and conducting risk assessments to mitigate potential hazards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Criticality Technical Lead to deliver high-quality safety assessments, meeting customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing expert guidance on nuclear safety and best practices.
  • Identify and prioritize areas for improvement in nuclear safety protocols, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement changes.

With a strong background in nuclear safety, you'll possess a deep understanding of safety principles, regulations, and industry standards. You should be able to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including:
