Reward & Compensation Manager

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced Reward & Compensation Manager to join our team at Network HR. As a senior strategic leader, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing comprehensive reward strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement total reward programs, including base salary, annual incentives, and long-term incentives, aligned with business goals and shareholder interests.

* Design and administer long-term incentive plans, such as stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), and performance share plans, to drive performance, retention, and alignment with organizational objectives.

* Manage flexible benefits programs, retirement savings plans, and health and wellness initiatives tailored to diverse employee populations.

* Conduct benchmarking analyses and derive actionable insights to inform reward strategy decisions.

**Requirements**

* Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in total reward management, executive compensation, and benefits administration.

* Strong grasp of financial principles and analytical techniques.

* Proven track record of aligning compensation practices with business goals and shareholder interests.
