Reward & Compensation Manager

**About the Role**

We are seeking a seasoned Reward & Compensation Manager to join our team at Network HR. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing comprehensive reward strategies that drive business results and attract top talent.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute total reward programs that align with business objectives and shareholder interests
* Design and administer long-term incentive plans, including stock options, restricted stock units, and performance share plans
* Manage executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentives, and long-term incentives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement flexible benefits programs, retirement savings plans, and health and wellness initiatives
* Conduct benchmarking analyses and provide actionable insights to inform reward strategy decisions

**Requirements**

* Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in total reward management, executive compensation, and benefits administration
* Strong expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive reward strategies in multinational organizations
* Proven track record of aligning compensation practices with business goals and shareholder interests
* In-depth knowledge of global benefits trends and practices
