Job Description

**Role Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EA to manage the day-to-day operations of our London office and provide support to our directors. The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship building skills and be able to work proactively and independently.

**Key Responsibilities**
• Manage HR administration and liaise with suppliers
• Organise events and coordinate the responsibilities of office support staff
• Provide diary and calendar management for our directors and ensure the smooth running of their days
• Perform basic finance work, including dealing with invoices and submitting payroll

**What You'll Need**
• Proven experience as an EA or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
