Office Administrator Coordinator

Active Training Team Limited is a dynamic and forward-thinking company based in London, providing experiential and immersive training solutions. We are seeking an Office Administrator Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.
About the Role:
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days' annual leave, enhanced sick pay, and bike-to-work scheme.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure the office runs efficiently and effectively.
- Manage office facilities, including maintenance, security, and reception services.
- Handle incoming calls, general enquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing postal correspondence.
- Welcome guests, arrange food and drink deliveries, and maintain general kitchen supplies.
- Assist with arranging meetings, including venues, meeting rooms, presentation documents, agenda, catering, etc.
- Organize social events and activities for the team.
- Support IT operations through our outsourced IT company, including software account management, IT supply ordering, and asset register maintenance.
- Liaise with the landlord to maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
- Oversee cleanliness and tidiness of the office, ensuring staff adhere to health and safety policies.
- Review and update office health and safety policies, ensuring they remain up-to-date and observed.
- Arrange regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices, and review fire risk assessments annually.
- Book travel for the team, including transport, hotels, car hire, itineraries, etc.
- Assist with managing office expenses and purchase orders.
