Office Assistant Role in CIS London & Partners LLP

CIS London & Partners LLP, a reputable law firm based in London, is seeking an administrative assistant to support our office with daily tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the administrative team with various duties.
  • Managing office supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
  • Arranging meals for colleagues.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls, mail, and deliveries.
  • Organizing and maintaining both electronic and physical files.
  • Preparing documents, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Translating documents.
  • Coordinating conference calls, meetings, and events.
  • Assisting with expense reports and managing office expenses.
  • Contributing to the planning and execution of company events.

The ideal candidate will have fluent Russian and English language skills, a degree-level education, and at least two years of relevant experience in an administrative or office support role. They will also possess advanced IT literacy, strong organizational and administrative skills, excellent planning and prioritization skills, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and provide opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic work environment.
