Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Marketing Manager to lead our company's marketing operation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy, managing our marketing team, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership: Manage a small team and develop and execute the company's marketing strategy.
- Agency Management: Manage our relationships with agencies and other providers.
- Campaigns and Launches: Develop and project manage campaigns and launches for new products and services.
- Communications: Manage our LinkedIn and email marketing communication programs to staff, members, and brokers.
- Product Life Cycle: Manage the marketing components of our product upgrades.
We are looking for a candidate with at least 10 years of experience in marketing, including marketing to insurance brokers. You should have worked for a private health insurance or life insurance company, broker, or aggregator. You should demonstrate critical thinking and consider a broad range of perspectives, information, risk management, and future planning in your decision-making.
You should have a knowledge of SEO and content marketing, competency with design software (e.g., InDesign, XD, Figma), basic digital marketing tools (e.g., GA4, Ahrefs, Search Console), and reporting software (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI). Experience with advanced digital marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ClickDimensions, SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Dynamics Marketing) is also required.
You should have excellent communication skills and true marketing skills and flair, with an eye for seeing what works and how to get our messages across clearly and succinctly with impact.
