Job Title: Marketing Communications Director

About Us: William Russell is a leading provider of health insurance, life insurance, and income protection for expats living and working abroad.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Communications Director to lead our marketing communications operation and develop a marketing programme to engage and activate our brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a marketing communications strategy to promote our brand and products to brokers and other key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers and other key partners to drive business growth and engagement.
  • Manage and execute email marketing programmes to promote our products and services.
  • Develop and implement a content marketing strategy to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in marketing communications, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to develop compelling content for various channels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, with a focus on driving business growth and engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and report on marketing performance.
