Marketing Communications Lead

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Lead to join our team at William Russell. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing programme to engage and activate our brokers.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement a marketing strategy to drive business growth and increase brand awareness
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns
* Manage and maintain our marketing communications operation, including brand development, marketing automation, advertising, and UX
* Build and maintain relationships with our brokers and other key stakeholders

**Requirements**

* At least 5 years' experience in marketing communications, preferably in the insurance industry
* Strong writing and editorial skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
