Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Communications Director to lead our marketing communications operation and develop a marketing programme to engage and activate our brokers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a marketing programme to engage and activate our brokers
- Run the company's broker engagement programme, blending product marketing, sales enablement, LinkedIn marketing, and communications
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers and internal teams
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance, making data-driven decisions to optimise marketing efforts
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' experience in marketing communications, preferably in the insurance industry
- Strong writing and editorial skills, with the ability to create engaging content
- Experience with email marketing programmes and marketing automation tools
- Passion for marketing and a willingness to stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Excellent communication and project management skills
