Job Title: Marketing Communications Director

About Us: William Russell is a leading provider of health insurance, life insurance, and income protection for expats living and working abroad.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Communications Director to lead our marketing communications operation and develop a marketing programme to engage and activate our brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a marketing communications strategy to promote our brand and products to brokers and other key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers and other key stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns to engage and activate our brokers, including email marketing, social media, and advertising.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials and support the sales process.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and high-quality content is published across all channels.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in marketing communications, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create high-quality content for various channels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

Eligibility: All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK and able to work in our Lightwater office for two days per week.
