At William Russell, we're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our company's marketing operation. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for devising and executing the marketing strategy, managing a small team, and driving business growth.

• Leadership: Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Campaigns & Launches: Design and project manage campaigns and launches for new products and services, driving customer engagement and acquisition.
• Communications: Manage our LinkedIn and email marketing communication programs to staff, members, and brokers, ensuring consistent messaging and brand awareness.
• Product Life Cycle: Oversee the marketing components of our product upgrades, ensuring seamless customer experience and driving business growth.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years' experience in marketing, including marketing to insurance brokers.
• Proven track record of driving business growth through effective marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing a small team.
• Excellent communication and marketing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creative marketing.
• Competency with design software, digital marketing tools, and reporting software.
