Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager to lead our company's marketing operation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy, managing a small team, and overseeing various marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership - Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy, manage a small team, and provide guidance and support to team members.
- Agency Management - Manage our relationships with agencies and other providers, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of marketing services.
- Campaigns & Launches - Develop and project manage campaigns and launches for new products and services, ensuring successful execution and maximum impact.
- Product Collateral - Oversee the development and distribution of product collateral, ensuring it meets the company's branding and marketing standards.
- Communications - Manage our LinkedIn and email marketing communication programs, ensuring effective communication with staff, members, and brokers.
- Product Life Cycle - Develop and implement marketing strategies for the marketing components of product upgrades, ensuring successful execution and maximum impact.
- Lead Generation - Develop and implement lead generation programs in the B2C distribution channel, ensuring successful execution and maximum impact.
- Cross-Selling - Develop and launch a program to cross-sell insurance products to new and existing members, ensuring successful execution and maximum impact.
We are looking for a highly experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in marketing, preferably in the insurance industry. You should have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, managing teams, and overseeing various marketing initiatives.
You should have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You should also have a strong understanding of marketing principles, including SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing.
