About the Role

IGEL Technology is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Renewals Team as an Intern/Working Student, Customer Retention and Renewals. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities to renew and retain existing customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute strategies to retain and renew existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer interactions and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams to drive business success.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process and effective renewal discussions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including pricing, features, and benefits.

**Requirements:**

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field of study.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the IT industry, with a passion for driving business growth and innovation.
