At IGEL Technology, we're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Renewals Team as a Customer Retention and Renewals Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through effective customer retention and renewal strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer retention and renewal strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell IGEL's products and services
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer interactions and drive revenue growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions
