Customer Retention Specialist

At IGEL Technology, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Renewals team as a Customer Retention Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by focusing on customer retention and renewal strategies.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective renewal and retention strategies to minimize churn and maximize revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Analyze customer data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field of study, or have completed studies with a strong understanding of the IT industry.
- A minimum of 6 months of part-time availability (up to 20 hours per week) during your studies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Fluent English language skills (written and verbal) and German language skills are a plus.
