Homelessness Prevention Specialist:
ENGINEERINGUK's Housing Services department seeks an experienced Homelessness Prevention Specialist to join our team.

Salary: £27,615 per annum + Benefits

Job Description:
As a Homelessness Prevention Specialist, you will be responsible for preventing homelessness by supporting service users in accessing suitable accommodation.
You will work closely with partner agencies such as the Local Authority, Housing Strategy Teams, and Landlords to achieve successful housing outcomes.
Key objectives include facilitating communication between stakeholders, identifying potential barriers to housing, and developing strategies to overcome them.
Regular travel is required to cover HMP Winchester, necessitating access to transport for daily commutes and occasional multi-site travel.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective strategies to prevent homelessness among service users.
Collaborate with partner agencies to identify potential barriers to housing and develop solutions to overcome them.
Provide expert guidance on housing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
