About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Neighbourhood Officer to join our team in Winchester, Hampshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer-facing services, working with vulnerable individuals and community groups, and leveraging your exceptional problem-solving and customer service skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Assume ownership of a designated portfolio of properties within assigned neighbourhoods, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and maintaining accurate records.
- Perform regular estate inspections and tenancy audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide prompt, professional responses to resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance tenant satisfaction.
- Prioritize and manage competing demands, balancing workload and meeting deadlines.
Your Profile
- Hold a full UK driving licence and possess a reliable vehicle for work purposes.
- Possess significant experience working with vulnerable populations and community groups.
- Demonstrate knowledge of housing law, housing management, welfare benefits, and financial inclusion.
- Hold a GCSE level or equivalent qualification in Maths and English (Grades A*- C).

- Estimated salary: £34,285 - £35,500 pro rata (depending on experience) + attractive benefits package.
