Job Summary:

Ambler Mace is seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Homecare services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to service users in their own homes.

Your main responsibilities will include preparing and uploading weekly rotas for both service customers and the care team, as well as making any necessary changes to existing rotas. You will also work closely with our team of support staff to ensure that all service users receive the highest standards of care.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and upload weekly rotas for service customers and the care team.
  • Make ad-hoc changes to existing rotas as required.
  • Work closely with the support team to deliver high-quality care to service users.
