Job Title: Academic Office Coordinator

About the Role:
This position is responsible for providing organizational support to multiple levels of staff throughout YHB. As an Academic Office Coordinator, you will facilitate communication internally and externally with clients and vendors. Your primary tasks will include welcoming guests, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating incoming and outgoing mail.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain appearance and supplies for front lobby and all conference rooms.
  • Use technology to perform duties such as typing letters, memos or correspondence, and Internet research.
  • Perform administrative duties including copies, faxes, Letter, and document scanning.
  • Serve as the central communication point for staff, delivering essential updates related to Operations, Administration, and Facilities.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma.
  • 4 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications.

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include competitive compensation and rewards, retirement savings plan, health, dental, and vision insurance, wellness programs, paid parental leave, and more.
