We are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join our team in Staffordshire, providing high-quality education for students with special educational needs. As a SEN Teacher, you will design and implement personalised learning plans, foster an inclusive classroom environment, and ensure every student reaches their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Individualised Learning: Plan and deliver lessons tailored to the diverse needs of students with SEN, using various teaching strategies and resources.
  2. Assessment: Conduct regular assessments for learning to identify students' strengths and areas for development, adjusting teaching methods accordingly.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and external specialists to create and implement access plans for students with SEN.
  4. Professional Development: Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and interventions in the field of SEN, applying them to enhance teaching and learning.
  5. Communication: Maintain open and regular communication with parents, carers, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and informed approach to supporting students with SEN.
Qualifications and Experience:
  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications.
  2. Specialisation or additional training in Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  3. Experience working with students with a range of SEN, adapting teaching methods to suit individual needs.
  4. Strong knowledge of SEN legislation, policies, and best practices.
  5. A willingness and enthusiasm for supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs.

Please note that we offer a competitive salary, ranging from £150 to £190 per annum, depending on experience.
