Finance Assistant Job Description

In this role as a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for processing purchase invoices, managing creditors, and handling phone calls from suppliers. You will also provide timely email responses and assist the Accounts team as needed. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a Purchase Ledger role and strong business communication skills.

Job Requirements:
  1. You must have at least 3 years of Purchase Ledger experience.
  2. You should have experience in an accounts/finance function for at least 3 years.
  3. You should be proficient in MS Office, with strong Excel skills.
