Job Summary
This role involves providing administrative support in our Aldermaston office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing documentation, visitor notifications, and maintaining security compliance. Additionally, they'll handle financial and procurement tasks, manage employee records, and coordinate service desk operations.
The Role
- Administrative Support: Managing documents, visitor notifications, and security compliance.
- Financial and Procurement Tasks: Processing purchase orders, invoices, expenses, and company purchase card transactions.
- Employee Records and HR-Related Tasks: Leave tracking, overtime management, attendance monitoring, and uniform/PPE ordering.
- Service Desk Operations: Monitoring work assignments, managing deadlines, and ensuring contract SLA compliance.
- Record Maintenance and Reporting: Updating various records and reports according to company requirements.
Requirements
- Previous Administrative Experience with Strong Customer Service Skills.
- Excellent Literacy, Numeracy, and IT Proficiency.
- Strong Attention to Detail and Ability to Maintain High Performance Under Pressure.
- Self-Motivated Individual with Excellent Communication Skills.
