Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Account Manager to drive our sales growth and success. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and offering technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business growth, manage the sales process, and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical advice and support to customers, collaborate with engineering teams, and present product solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Account Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key customers, conduct regular visits, and manage account activity to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, contribute to product development, and support targeted marketing campaigns to drive sales growth.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare sales forecasts, maintain CRM records, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Education: HNC in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the sealing industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of sealing products, materials, and applications, excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills, ability to foster and sustain robust customer relationships, self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated sales professional with a deep understanding of sealing technologies and a proven track record of success in technical sales. They will have a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, and drive sales growth.
