Commercial Sales Manager

About the Role
As a Sales Representative for M&E Building Services, you will be responsible for generating new business and developing existing accounts in the North of the UK.
Main Responsibilities
- Selling commercial pumps to commercial building services projects such as schools, hospitals, high rise residential, and public buildings;
- Selling into M&E sub-contractors (50% of time);
- Generating specifications with M&E consultants, local authorities, health authorities, other specialist specifiers;
- Back selling through national (BSS, Pipe Center etc.) and independent plumbing & heating merchants;
Key Performance Indicators
- Project sizes from £5,000 up to £200,000;
- Average orders £20,000;
- Targeted to achieve £1.4m turnover;
- Keeping a well-organized CRM system;
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have proven field sales experience within the building services industry and ideally contacts with M&E contractors. They should be open to all commercial building services products, including pumps, boilers, valves, or other heating and ventilation H&V associated products.
