In this role, you will build and maintain strong client relationships, stay informed about local market trends, participate in client KPI/SLA meetings, and work with the operations and commercial teams to deliver innovative security solutions and drive business growth. Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering excellent customer service
  • P&L ownership, forecasting, and budgeting experience
  • Proven commercial acumen with a strong track record of delivering solutions
  • Strong understanding of risk profiles and mitigation options
  • Demonstrable experience of consultative sales
  • Experience in project costings and managing margins
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders
  • Strategic leadership skills and an innovative approach to problem-solving
