About the Role

This exciting opportunity exists within a leading commercial pump manufacturer, part of a large European group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding the sales pipeline across their designated territory.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with M&E contractors, plumbing merchants, and heating contractors.
  • Selling commercial pumps into various projects, such as schools, hospitals, residential buildings, and public institutions.
  • Generating specifications with M&E consultants, local authorities, health authorities, and other specialists.

Project sizes vary from £5,000 to £200,000, with an average order value of £20,000. The successful candidate will aim to achieve a target revenue of approximately £1.4 million.

Success will be measured by meeting targets, maintaining a well-organized CRM system, and contributing to the growth of the company.

Requirements include:

  • Proven field sales experience within the building services industry.
  • Ideal contacts with M&E contractors.
  • Commercial pump sales background is not essential, as full product training will be provided.
  • Openness to all commercial building services products, such as pumps, boilers, valves, or other H&V associated products.

Benefits include:

  • A competitive salary range of £50,000 to £55,000, plus a bonus of £6,000-£12,000.
  • A fully expensed electric or plug-in hybrid car.
