Enterprise Sales Lead

We are seeking an exceptional Enterprise Level Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing team, which focuses on selling software and professional services for managing risk, compliance, and safety. Based in the UK, this role offers a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable background in value-based sales, specifically with Professional Services / SaaS / Consulting Services, and a proven track record as a successful Business Development Manager handling mid to large-sized deals and tenders at the enterprise level.
This is a challenging opportunity to lead the strategic sales process, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with mid to large-sized organizations across different verticals, and managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of our software and professional services.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive revenue growth and expand market presence through strategic sales initiatives.
- Pursue new business opportunities with mid to large-sized organizations across various industries.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Buid and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Proven track record of success as a Business Development Manager.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the risk, compliance, and safety landscape within the built environment and facilities sectors is highly desirable.
