About the Role

Key Responsibilities

As an Adult Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care support to our adults, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Directly supporting our adults in their daily lives, promoting independence and autonomy.
  • Supporting our adults with all aspects of their health and wellbeing, including attending appointments and arranging social activities.
  • Encouraging opportunities for our adults to engage in the community, promoting social inclusion and participation.
