**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Reablement Support Worker to join our team in the Chester area. As a Reablement Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their own homes to regain their independence and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals in their own homes to manage daily living skills, including personal and intimate care.
  • Set clear and achievable goals to help individuals rebuild their independence and confidence.
  • Build confidence to sustain independent living at home and in their communities.
  • Possible medication management and supporting meal preparations.

Requirements:

  • Ability to drive and have access to a car.
  • Previous experience in a care setting is not essential, as full training is provided.

What We Offer:

  • Enhanced rates paid for Bank Holidays, Evening and Weekend working.
  • Shift patterns: 7am - 1pm, 8am - 2pm, 4pm - 10pm.
