About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team, supporting adults aged 18 years and above. Our team members are passionate about making a difference in the lives of the people we support, and we are committed to providing a happy and safe environment in our home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with various health conditions, including autism, learning disabilities, mental health, dementia, and continence issues.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility, and accessing the community.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a clean, friendly, and safe home environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Hold a UK driving license (as we use our own vehicle for community access).
  • Be able to work a variety of shifts, including long days and sleep-ins.
  • Have patience, empathy, compassion, and sensitivity to others.
  • Display a strong work ethic, reliability, honesty, determination, and resilience.
