Job Title: Registered Manager - Children's Residential

Location: Tadcaster

Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £42,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus a £5,000 registration payment

Role Overview:

A children's residential home in Tadcaster is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee a 4-bed Ofsted-rated GOOD home. The successful candidate will develop comprehensive care plans, manage a skilled team, and ensure high-quality standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create tailored care plans for young people
  • Consult with young people and stakeholders
  • Address complaints and child protection concerns
  • At least 2 years of experience in children's residential care, including 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
