Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Regional Marketing Director to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing regional marketing plans, driving lead generation, and nurturing early pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a regional perspective of the global marketing plan.
  • Represent regional needs, nuances, and requirements in campaign planning and execution.
  • Design and execute innovative marketing programs to drive lead generation, nurture early pipeline, and support ABX initiatives.
  • Coordinate with sales leaders, AEs, BDRs, and account management teams to communicate plans, actions, follow-ups, and insights during regular business reviews.
  • Collaborate with global field marketing to align resources, planning, and capacity, ensuring maximum return on event investments in the region.
  • Work cross-functionally within marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure the region meets its pipeline and revenue goals.

Salary:$180,000 - $250,000 per year

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing/Demand Generation Director in a technology-focused company, ideally within a startup.
  • 8+ years of experience in demand generation across multiple channels.
  • 3+ years of experience in account-based marketing (ABM) or account-based experience (ABX).
  • Proven ability to lead collaboration across marketing, sales, and SMEs to support sales goals in the Americas.
  • Comprehensive understanding of integrated marketing strategies.
