About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Demand Generation Strategist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to drive growth and contribute to the success of our business.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated demand generation strategies to accelerate sales growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing and sales priorities, leveraging your expertise in lead generation, account-based marketing, and marketing automation.

You will analyze key metrics to determine reasons for variances and identify new opportunities for sales growth and target development. Your ability to collaborate with analytics to forecast, measure, and analyze the impact of demand generation initiatives on lead volume, lead quality, and conversion rates will be crucial in driving business results.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of B2B marketing, sales operations, and data-driven decision making. If you have a proven track record of delivering repeatable, sustainable, and predictable MQLs and revenue via integrated marketing campaigns, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align marketing and sales priorities.
  • Analyze key metrics to determine reasons for variances and identify new opportunities for sales growth and target development.
  • Collaborate with analytics to forecast, measure, and analyze the impact of demand generation initiatives on lead volume, lead quality, and conversion rates.
  • Manage and improve referral programs across B2B and B2C channels.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in demand generation, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead generation, and account-based marketing.
  • Ability to manage complex projects across multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven decision making skills, with a focus on analyzing key metrics to inform business decisions.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
